Our history

Joy Line Inc. was founded in 2018 with a core focus on petroleum trading.

The company expanded into bulk commodities including sugar, rice, and tobacco products, building a structured cross-border trading platform across Asia.

During 2022–2024, Joy Line Inc. successfully executed petroleum transactions in the Philippine market.

At peak operations, the Group coordinated and operated a bulk vessel fleet of up to six vessels, strengthening logistics control and delivery capability.

In 2025, Joy Line Inc. entered into a Joint Venture agreement with SART Trading to strengthen downstream positioning and prepare for expanded refined oil trading and wholesale operations.

In 2026, Joy Group formalized its regional structure with the establishment of:

• Joy Line Pacific Co., Ltd. (Taiwan)
• Formosa Philippine Commodity Corp. (Philippines)

This expansion positions the Group for scalable growth in refined petroleum trading and cross-border commodity distribution.
